A blend of venison and heritage breed pork, handmade by our friends and neighbors at Driftless Provisions in Viroqua, WI.  Made with fennel, Pinot Noir and red pepper, with no added nitrates.  Don’t let the name Picante fool you – the flavors are deep and savory but balanced and not overtly spicey.
