Rush Creek Reserve is the soft, spoonable cheese we release only in November and December, when it becomes the centerpiece for holiday tables around the country. Each year, to celebrate the new vintage, we create a watercolor print.
Painted by co-owner Caitlin (Leline) Hatch, these prints have for years decorated the walls of the best specialty cheese shops around the country. We can now send them directly to you or to a friend, anywhere in the lower forty-eight. A handmade, original painting to accompany a handmade, original cheese.
