Spring Gift Box

Celebrate the return of warmer, sunnier days and the start of spring with some of our favorite Wisconsin items all in one celebratory box!

The centerpiece of our 2026 Spring Box is none other than our award-winning cheese, Pleasant Ridge Reserve. Made only while our cows are grazing fresh pasture, this cheese is our way of preserving the season. The batch we’re shipping was made in June 2025 and shows off its rich, sweet and nutty profile that we look for in this age range of Pleasant Ridge Reserve – this is one of the best batches we’ve come across (so far) from the 2025 season and are excited to share it with you. A return to sunshine is what we all need and you can find it in this grass-fed cheese.

Along with the cheese, we have a handful of thoughtfully-chosen accompaniments that are cheese board-ready for your next spring soiree.

Each gift box contains:

• 8-oz piece of Pleasant Ridge Reserve
• 5-oz package of Organic Classic White Crackers, from Potter’s Crackers (Madison, WI).  Crispy, with a touch of salt and pepper.
• 4.5-oz package of Driftless Provisions Saucisson Sec pork salami (Viroqua, WI). French-inspired salami with salt, pepper and garlic.
• 2 – 1.4-oz package of Mayana Spring Passion Bar (Spooner, WI).  Passion fruit marshmallow and salted caramel, enrobed in dark chocolate.
